Motor Pulley, Singer Bakelite (Vintage Original)

This vintage original Bakelite Motor Pulley fits some Singer Featherweight Sewing Machines including the White Singer Featherweights as well as some 222K Featherweight machines that still have their original 220 volt motor.

These original Bakelite pulleys are brittle and temperamental due to age, so be very, very careful when changing the belt on your Featherweight machine.  Make sure the motor is raised as high as possible so that there isn't too much torque placed on the pulley when installing the belt.

Sidenote:  Metal Motor pulleys (found on most Featherweight 221 machines in the US) cannot be used as a replacement for the Bakelite Motor Pulley because they attach differently to the motor.
