This vintage original Buttonholer cover plate screw is for use with the Buttonholer cover plate.  This screw attaches to the bed of the machine similar to a seam guide thumb screw.  It will fit the Singer Featherweight 221, 221K and 221J and other vintage Singer Models.  

The cover plate is not included.
