At The Singer Featherweight Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage sewing machine parts and accessories. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.

Ensure your items are in their original packaging and unused condition; please note that electrical components and patterns are generally non-returnable.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Package Securely
Carefully pack your items with the RMA number included inside the box to prevent damage during transit back to our workshop.
Receive Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
